This 10-week program offers a safe, gentle, and supportive space to process grief, trauma, guilt, and emotional shock through somatic work, breathwork, and therapeutic techniques. We also support the recovery of the pelvis, womb, core, and pelvic floor.
Rooted in years of working with women, this process honours one truth: healing needs time, safety, and steady support. You don’t have to go through it alone—we move step by step, at your pace, with care.

1-on-1 Online Postpartum Recovery Program for mamas
This program will set the foundation for your movement through motherhood. Pelvic floor and abdominal wall rehabilitation are necessary before you return to the gym or your favorite sports.
This is a one-on-one experience, addressing everything you have gone through during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. Together, we will tailor the program based on your unique birth story, exploring the mental and physical effects of childbirth, working through diastasis recti, pelvic mapping, breathwork, and somatics, all designed to help you reach your personal goals and progress at your own pace.
Postnatal Pilates and Pelvic Floor & CORE exercises are big part of this program.

10-week LIVE ZOOM Online Intensive Postpartum Recovery Program, 1:1
Recover, Tone It & Own It is a 10-week live postpartum recovery program designed to rebuild your core foundation after birth and safely guide you back into movement, training, and sport.
This is a 1:1 tailored journey based on your birth experience, focusing on pelvic floor and abdominal recovery, diastasis recti, breathwork, and somatic re-connection.
We restore strength, stability, and body awareness step by step—so you can move with confidence again.
Suitable from 2–3 months postpartum. Online, from home, minimal equipment needed.

This is an initial consultation focused on understanding where you are right now and what you may need in terms of support. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.
Holistic therapy is an integrative approach that supports healing and self-awareness through a range of therapeutic methods, depending on what best fits your process.
Experience a bundle of 5 Holistic Therapy sessions. Each session is designed to last around 60 minutes, though we may linger longer if your journey calls for it.
It is a time dedicated entirely to you, shaped by what you need most in each moment. Whether you are healing from trauma or seeking clarity through difficult times, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
These tailor-made Therapy sessions include a range of techniques and methods that we will practice and discuss. Journaling is also a big part of the therapy, so you will be provided with printable journal pages to support your healing journey.
