This experience integrates somatic therapy principles, conscious breathwork, and evidence-based pelvic and abdominal rehabilitation to support both emotional processing and physical restoration.
Beyond recovery, this program gently supports you in rebuilding trust in your body and creating optimal internal conditions for a future pregnancy, through nervous system regulation, hormonal support practices, and targeted pelvic and core rehabilitation.

This offering is based on bodywork, movement, and breath practices and is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care. I am not a therapist or a licensed psychotherapist. I am a movement teacher specializing in pelvic floor work and the womb area.
My work also includes consultations based on my holistic approach (holistic therapy), which integrates breathwork, somatics, conscious movement, and body-based practices. This approach is alternative in nature and focuses on supporting body awareness, releasing tension, and working with emotions through the body.
All techniques are intended as supportive practices for working with the body and do not replace professional medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
