    Embodied Healing After Loss™ is a private, 10-week, trauma-informed recovery program designed for women navigating the complex aftermath of miscarriage or stillbirth.

    This experience integrates somatic therapy principles, conscious breathwork, and evidence-based pelvic and abdominal rehabilitation to support both emotional processing and physical restoration.

    Beyond recovery, this program gently supports you in rebuilding trust in your body and creating optimal internal conditions for a future pregnancy, through nervous system regulation, hormonal support practices, and targeted pelvic and core rehabilitation.

    Pregnancy loss is not only a psychological event—it is a whole-body experience. Many women are left holding unresolved grief, suppressed emotional responses, and a body that has not yet been supported in its recovery.

This program offers a safe, attuned 1:1 space where you will be guided through:

  • The processing of grief, sadness, guilt, and trauma responses

  • The regulation of the nervous system through breath and somatic awareness

  • The reconnection to your body, particularly the womb and pelvic space

  • The restoration of core and pelvic floor function after loss

This is a space where nothing needs to be rushed, fixed, or bypassed.
