Meet Monika

Gradual Movement Founder

A woman with blue eyes and brown hair tied up, wearing a light green top with tattoos on her arms and a delicate necklace, standing indoors in front of glass windows.

In professional circles, I introduce myself as a Movement Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Feminine Embodiment Guide, and Holistic Therapist.

Outside of work, I am so much more than a list of titles.

Most importantly, I'm a mother and a woman on a mission. Mission to guide women with the intention to rise.

How It Started

From a young age, movement and sports called to me.

My curiosity led me to Sports University, where I immersed myself in studying the body and mind through anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and psychology.

Pilates became my catalyst for transformation, guiding me to Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training and experiences across Southeast Asia, Bali, and India.

I followed my path to find who I am and went deeper into Inner Work and Taoist Feminine Practice. My healing began when I was 33, I became a mother, and my son became my greatest teacher. After his birth, I felt called to work exclusively with women.

Now, I weave together movement, somatics, breathwork, and feminine practices, guided by knowledge and intuition, to offer a holistic approach.

Pilates is simply the doorway into the body’s vast landscape.

In my teaching, I focus on harmonizing feminine and masculine energies through breathwork, meditation, yoga healing, Ayurveda, grounding, womb healing, and energy work to create space for profound life shifts.

I am devoted to leading women toward transformations, becoming their own healers, and owning their Wild Feminine Essence and Wisdom.

My Mission

My mission is to help women reconnect with their Divine Feminine.

I am here to guide and support women as they move closer to their Highest Self, discovering their best version and seeing their soul’s mission clearly.

By working with the body as a sacred vessel, we draw closer to our energetic selves. Through somatic, breath, energetic, and Taoist practices, the body becomes a portal to our deepest and highest selves.

I guide clients to recognize, accept, and release their limitations, empowering them to move with confidence, build strength, and deepen the connection between mind, body, and breath.

The focus is on consistency and joy in each movement, rather than perfection.

I share my knowledge to help women understand their bodies, identify the roots of pain, and address discomfort or mobility challenges. This awareness empowers them to make meaningful, lasting changes.
