A trauma-informed, integrative 10-week 1:1 program designed to support women after miscarriage or stillbirth—addressing both the psychological impact of loss and the physiological recovery of the body.

The regulation of the nervous system through breath and somatic awareness

1-on-1 Online Postpartum Recovery Program for mamas
This program will set the foundation for your movement through motherhood. Pelvic floor and abdominal wall rehabilitation are necessary before you return to the gym or your favorite sports.
This is a one-on-one experience, addressing everything you have gone through during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. Together, we will tailor the program based on your unique birth story, exploring the mental and physical effects of childbirth, working through diastasis recti, pelvic mapping, breathwork, and somatics, all designed to help you reach your personal goals and progress at your own pace.
Postnatal Pilates and Pelvic Floor & CORE exercises are big part of this program.

I'm guiding women (including myself) to become the most AUTHENTIC versions of themselves.
The most important thing I want to mention in my introduction is that I'm somebody who found a real passion in what I do, and that is why it has an immesuarable value that comes from my heart, my womb, my entire existence. Of course, from my education and extensive professional experience.
But life itself teaches me and all of us. I’m as well figuring everything out, day by day, step by step, gradually. I'm one of those very humble teachers out there, really embodying the imperfections, patience, empathy, and connection I love to create for my clients and women in general. To share, inspire, and support each other.
Gradual Movement is also my kind of therapy, part of my transformation, my way to step out of my comfort zone, so I can stay on my mission.
